This parenting support group is specifically designed to support parents of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents in managing the stressors of parenthood. This space is for parents who find themselves questioning their decisions, feeling overwhelmed with all the responsibilities within and beyond parenting, and who need a safe, nonjudgmental space to vent.

It’s also a space facilitated by a family therapist and mom of two littles who knows what it feels like to experience all the above.

So join us! The program begins next Tuesday and we want to see you there. I promise, you’ll feel like dancing after that oh experience the joy this space offers.
